𝐉𝐮𝐦𝐩-𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐃𝐚𝐲 with a Morning Ritual for Greater Productivity and Wellbeing

☀️ Starting your day off right with a morning ritual has countless benefits. It can help boost productivity and focus, reduce stress, and make you feel more energized.

🌄 It doesn't mean you have to get up hours before the sun or that the ritual needs to be long. It just needs to fit YOU and where you are in your life right now.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 I'm at a stage where I don't have children at home so I have more flexibility. I hit my productivity stride after 4 pm so I tend to work later.

𝐇𝐞𝐫𝐞'𝐬 𝐦𝐲 𝐬𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐞-
7:00 am 𝐖𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐮𝐩. Check my sleep stats. Check the weather.
7:10 am 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐨𝐮𝐭 at home.
8:00 am 𝐒𝐡𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫 and get ready.
8:30 am 𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞 (I will go longer if needed)
9:00 am at my desk and ready to 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤. I begin the workday with a 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐣𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧

✅ Having a morning ritual can also foster feelings of calm, self-care, and positivity that will make the whole day better.

✅ Make sure to carve out some time in the mornings for peaceful reflection and positive habits – your future self will thank you for it!
